I help people who are feeling overwhelmed by the demands of life, parenthood, or struggling with other life transitions find space for healing, self-reflection, and recalibration. While I specialize in supporting pregnant, postpartum, and parenting individuals, I am also experienced in helping those experiencing grief, loss, trauma and other life transitions (becoming a stay-at-home parent, returning to the workforce, divorce, etc.).
I offer compassionate and individualized care rooted in a Person-centered approach and, depending on your needs, incorporate CBT, psychodynamic, trauma-informed, EMDR, mindfulness, solution-focused or strengths-based interventions into our sessions to help facilitate healing. My style is warm, collaborative and nurturing, and our sessions will be a mix of exploring your personal history and how it has affected you, learning calming techniques to help manage your emotions, exploring deeper emotional and relational patterns that cause internal distress and often lead to people feeling “stuck,” and learning to ask yourself: “Who am I?” and “What do I want?”
Through our work together, I hope to create an environment where you can gain insight, experience growth, and find peace, joy, and connection. Deciding to start therapy can be a difficult decision, but it is my hope that once you do, you will look back and be grateful that you decided to take this journey and care for yourself.
