At The Meadowlark Clinic, we offer transparent financial policies and flexible payment options to support your care:

• Cash Pay: We recognize that not everyone wishes to use their insurance plan to access services. Private payment (cash pay) is always an option. We can process credit cards (including HSA cards) through our clinic management program (Simple Practice). 

• Paying with Insurance: We accept third-party insurance for both in-office and telehealth sessions. As a courtesy, we verify your benefits and coverage details before your first appointment. Currently, we are in-network with BCBS, Aetna, UHC, and Health Partners.
