I provide collaborative, client-focused therapy for individuals navigating anxiety, stress, grief, and depression. With a background in social work at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, I am passionate about creating a space where clients feel comfortable, supported, and truly heard. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a partnership, which means my approach is warm, conversational, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I have a special interest in supporting those experiencing grief and loss, as well as parents who may be balancing the challenges of caring for others while also needing support themselves. Reaching out for help can feel overwhelming, and I strive to meet clients where they are—with compassion, respect, and without judgment. When I am not working, I like to eat tacos, go for walks with friends, and hang out with my family.
