Flexible Care Environments

Virtual Sessions

We recognize that life is often demanding, and your mental health support should be a source of ease, not an added stressor. Our secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth options allow you to receive the same expert, relational care from the comfort of your own home—perfect for those days when juggling responsibilities makes leaving the house feel like a mountain.

In-Office Visits

For those who prefer the tactile, grounding experience of meeting in person, our office is designed as a calm, restorative sanctuary. We’ve intentionally crafted a home-like environment where you can truly settle in. Whether you are coming in for a solo session or bringing your "in-arms" baby, you are always welcome here to kick off your shoes, breathe deeply, and be yourself.

Paying For Services

Access and paying for care should be perfectly clear—so we made it that way.

How Therapy Works

participating in therapy can be an effective way to navigate feelings, learn better behaviors, and process thoughts differently. All therapy includes compassion and empathy. The theoretical approach of the therapist will also influence the course of therapy. Psychoeducation – teaching about how the mind works - is often a focus of therapy sessions as well. Having a good rapport with your therapist is essential to the healing relationship. All therapists are trained in techniques to build this rapport, meet their clients where they’re at, and promote comfort.

Understanding psychotherapy

What To Expect

In your first session, your therapist will spend some time getting to know you and the issues that brought you into treatment. They may use a formal, structured interview, or it may just feel like a more free-flowing conversation. Your therapist will ask questions about your presenting concerns, as well as your history and background. Most likely, you’ll find yourself talking about your current symptoms or struggles, as well saying a bit about your relationships, your interests, your strengths, and your goals.  Most importantly, in that first session, you will begin making a connection with your therapist. You should feel safe, accepted, respected, and relatively comfortable. Not all therapists are right for every person, so use your first session to assess whether or not the therapist you chose feels like a good match for your personality.
